Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Stock and Lead Times
We recommend reaching out to sales@doublezeropowersports.com prior to purchasing to confirm stock availability or any lead times, especially for high-demand or specialized items.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs vary based on the item’s size, weight, and destination. For shipping to areas outside the lower 48 U.S. states or international destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.
Freight Shipping for Large Items
Oversized and high-value items, such as engines and transmissions, ship via FedEx Freight. These items may require additional time for delivery. We also offer optional services, such as blind shipping, at an additional fee. If you have specific shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. For freight shipments, tracking may be limited; we recommend reaching out to the freight carrier directly for delivery status.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
At this time, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for all orders.
International Shipping
For orders shipping outside the United States, we recommend contacting us at sales@doublezeropowersports.com to obtain an international shipping quote and ensure all necessary import duties and taxes are addressed. Please note that DoubleZero Powersports is not responsible for any additional fees associated with international orders, such as duties, brokerage fees, or customs charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, feel free to contact us at sales@doublezeropowersports.com for assistance.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, file a claim if necessary, and assist in arranging a replacement if possible. For any damage claims, please retain all packaging and provide photos to expedite the process.
