Preowned and Used Parts
Please note that all preowned and used parts are sold "as-is" with no returns or warranties.
30-Day Return Policy
For all other items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All eligible returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please review carefully, as this fee applies to all items that are eligible to ship back to us.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@doublezeropowersports.com. Returns must be sent to our designated return address, which will be provided upon acceptance of your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including special order items, electronics, customized items, hazardous materials, gases, custom or special orders, and sale items. Gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the unwanted item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed minus the 30% restocking fee, and refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us at sales@doublezeropowersports.com.
