At DoubleZero Powersports, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our warranty policies carefully to understand coverage and limitations.

New Products Warranty
New products sold by DoubleZero Powersports are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which may vary. For details on the specific warranty coverage of a new product, please refer to the product documentation or contact the manufacturer directly.

Used Parts Policy
All used parts are sold as-is and come with no warranty or refunds. We ensure that used parts are inspected for functionality, but due to their nature, we cannot offer any guarantees beyond the point of sale.

What Is Not Covered
Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

• Products that have been used in racing, competitive events, or extreme off-road activities. Racing places extraordinary stress on parts, and as such, any failures resulting from these activities are excluded from warranty coverage.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
• Normal wear and tear, including deterioration due to exposure to environmental conditions.
• Modifications or alterations made to the product after purchase.

DoubleZero Powersports is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any parts or products purchased from us. Motorsports and powersports activities are inherently dangerous, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation, use, and maintenance of all parts. By purchasing from DoubleZero Powersports, you agree to assume all risks associated with the use of our products.

Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim for a new product, please contact our support team at sales@doublezeropowersports.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected product. Our team will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer if necessary.

Additional Information
DoubleZero Powersports reserves the right to inspect the product and determine if the warranty claim is valid. If the product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer’s policies and remedies will apply.
